Summary

This memoir takes place during the Cold War.

The Vice President of the United States, Richard Nixon and the Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev debated their differences, face to face, at the kitchen of an American house that was built in Moscow, Russia, in 1959.

I built the house. I witnessed the debate.

This memoir shares some of my experiences as an American working in Russia… with missiles pointing in each direction.
